المعلومات التي نجمعها
قد نجمع اسمك ورقم هاتفك وبريدك الإلكتروني وعنوان الفوترة والتوصيل وتفاصيل الطلب وحالة الدفع والرسائل التي ترسلها لفريق الدعم.
نجمع أيضاً بيانات تقنية أساسية مثل نوع الجهاز والمتصفح وعنوان IP وملفات تعريف الارتباط والصفحات التي تمت زيارتها لتحسين الأمان وأداء الموقع.
كيف نستخدم المعلومات
نستخدم المعلومات لمعالجة الطلبات، ترتيب التوصيل، تقديم دعم العملاء، إدارة الضمان أو طلبات الصيانة، تحسين المنتجات، وإرسال التحديثات عند موافقتك على ذلك.
أدوات القياس والإعلانات
يستخدم موقعنا www.smartek.shop أدوات قياس وإعلانات من Meta (فيسبوك وإنستغرام)، وGoogle (Google Analytics وGoogle Ads)، وSnapchat، وTikTok. تسجّل هذه الأدوات، عبر ملفات تعريف الارتباط ومعرّفات مشابهة، الصفحات والمنتجات التي تشاهدها، وعمليات البحث، والإضافة إلى السلة، وإتمام الطلب وقيمته، ومصدر زيارتك (مثل الإعلان الذي فتحت منه الموقع). نستخدمها لقياس أداء إعلاناتنا وتحسينها، ولعرض إعلانات مناسبة لك على تلك المنصات. وللزبائن المسجّلين، نشارك بيانات التواصل (رقم الهاتف، والبريد الإلكتروني إن وُجد) مشفّرة بتقنية SHA-256 فقط مع منصات الإعلان (Meta وTikTok وSnapchat وGoogle) لقياس أداء الإعلانات وربط الطلب بالإعلان. تُشفَّر هذه البيانات على جهازك أو على خادمنا قبل إرسالها، ولا تُرسل بصيغتها الأصلية أبداً. لا تُرسل كلمات مرور ولا بيانات بطاقات الدفع لأي منصة.
ولكل زبائننا، سواء اشتروا من الموقع أو التطبيق أو المحل أو عبر واتساب وإنستغرام، نرسل من خادمنا رقم الهاتف مشفّراً بتقنية SHA-256 مع رقم الطلب ووقته وقيمته إلى Meta وGoogle، لقياس أداء إعلاناتنا ولإنشاء جماهير إعلانية من زبائننا ومن أشخاص يشبهونهم. تستخدم المنصة الرقم المشفّر للمطابقة فقط ثم تحذفه، ولا يُرسل الرقم بصيغته الأصلية أبداً. يمكنك طلب استبعاد رقمك من ذلك في أي وقت عبر واتساب 94808017 أو info@smartek.shop.
يمكنك إيقاف ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو حذفها من إعدادات المتصفح، والتحكم بالإعلانات من إعدادات حسابك في كل منصة. تطبيق سمارت تك على الآيفون والآيباد لا يستخدم هذه الأدوات ولا يتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع جهات أخرى.
تطبيق سمارت تك على أندرويد يستخدم أداة قياس TikTok فقط (ولا يستخدم أدوات Meta أو Google أو Snapchat داخل التطبيق)، ومعها رقم هاتفك مشفّراً بتقنية SHA-256 إن كنت مسجّلاً. وتُرسل بيانات الطلب، وهي رقم هاتفك مشفّراً وقيمة الطلب والمنتجات، من خادمنا إلى Meta لقياس أداء إعلاناتنا.
أداة التقارير الداخلية (Google Ads)
تستخدم سمارت تك أداة داخلية باسم «SmarTek Ads Insight» (جزء من نظامنا الداخلي). تصل هذه الأداة إلى بيانات حساب Google Ads الخاص بسمارت تك عبر Google Ads API، وذلك فقط بإذن صريح من مالك الحساب.
نستخدم هذا الوصول لقراءة تقارير حملاتنا الإعلانية (مثل الإنفاق والنقرات والتحويلات) ومقارنتها بمبيعاتنا الداخلية، ولإدارة حملاتنا نحن (الحالة والميزانية وعروض أسعار التسوق) بموافقة مالك النشاط فقط، ولا نستخدمه لأي غرض آخر. لا نبيع هذه البيانات ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة.
تستخدم سمارت تك أداة داخلية مرتبطة بحساب إعلانات Google الخاص بها لإعداد التقارير وإدارة الحملات، ولا يتم أي تغيير على حالة الحملات أو ميزانياتها إلا بموافقة صاحب العمل.
تُخزَّن مفاتيح الوصول على خادمنا بصلاحية وصول مقيّدة، ولا تُشارك مع أي جهة.

Introduction
Smartek Online Store respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you use our website, app, stores and support services.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, billing and delivery address, order details, payment status and messages you send to our support team.
We also collect basic technical data such as device type, browser, IP address, cookies and pages visited to improve security and website performance.
How we use information
We use information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, manage warranty or service requests, improve our products and send updates when you agree to receive them.
Measurement and advertising tools
Our website www.smartek.shop uses measurement and advertising tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), Snapchat and TikTok. Through cookies and similar identifiers, these tools record the pages and products you view, your searches, items added to the cart, completed orders and their value, and where your visit came from (for example the ad you opened the site from). We use them to measure and improve our ads and to show you relevant ads on those platforms. For signed-in customers, we share contact details (phone number, and email if provided) hashed with SHA-256 only with advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google) to measure our ads and link an order to an ad. These details are hashed on your device or on our server before they are sent and are never sent in their original form. No passwords or payment card details are sent to any platform.
For all our customers, whether they buy on the website, in the app, in our store or through WhatsApp and Instagram, our server sends the phone number hashed with SHA-256, together with the order number, time and value, to Meta and Google to measure our ads and to build advertising audiences of our customers and of people similar to them. The platforms use the hashed number only for matching and then delete it; the number is never sent in its original form. You can ask us at any time to exclude your number from this via WhatsApp 94808017 or info@smartek.shop.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage ads in your account settings on each platform. The Smartek app for iPhone and iPad does not use these tools and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
The Smartek app for Android uses the TikTok measurement tool only (no Meta, Google or Snapchat tools inside the app), with your phone number hashed with SHA-256 if you are signed in. Your order data, namely your phone number in hashed form, the order value and the products, is sent from our server to Meta to measure the performance of our ads.
Internal reporting tool (Google Ads)
Smartek uses an internal tool called "SmarTek Ads Insight" (part of our internal system). With the account owner's explicit permission only, it accesses data from Smartek's own Google Ads account through the Google Ads API.
We use this access to read our ad campaign reports (such as spend, clicks and conversions), compare them with our internal sales, and manage our own campaigns (status, budgets and Shopping bids) only with the business owner's approval, and for no other purpose. We do not sell this data or share it with anyone.
SmarTek uses an internal tool connected to our own Google Ads account for reporting and campaign management. Any change to campaign status or budget is made only with the business owner's approval.
Access tokens are stored on our server with restricted access and are not shared with anyone.
The account owner can revoke this permission at any time at: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
SmarTek Ads Insight's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing information
We only share information when needed with delivery partners, payment providers, service providers, Odoo hosting and legal authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can contact us to update your details, ask about your data or request deletion where legally possible. Some order records may be kept for accounting, warranty and legal requirements.
You can delete your account at any time in the app («My account» → «Delete my account») or on the Delete account page. We delete your sign-in, saved addresses, notification token and app data, and keep your orders and invoices for accounting and tax obligations.
Social Media Messages and Comments
When you contact us through Instagram or WhatsApp, we keep the content of your messages and comments and your account name. We use this information to reply to your enquiries, improve customer service, and analyse our customers' needs in aggregate to develop our products and services. We keep it for a maximum of 24 months, and we do not share it with any third party. You can request deletion of your data at any time via WhatsApp 94808017 or info@smartek.shop, and we will respond within 30 days.
