حذف الحساب — سمارت تك

يمكنك حذف حسابك في سمارت تك في أي وقت، من التطبيق («حسابي» ← «حذف حسابي») أو من هذه الصفحة.

ما يُحذف فوراً

• حساب الدخول برقم هاتفك، على كل أجهزتك
• اسمك وعناوينك المحفوظة وطريقة الدفع المفضلة
• رمز الإشعارات وطلبات «أبلغني عند التوفر»
• محادثاتك من داخل التطبيق، وأي بيانات أخرى محفوظة في التطبيق

ما يُحتفظ به

• طلباتك وفواتيرك في نظامنا (أودو) وسجل الطلبات في المتجر، لأننا ملزمون بحفظها للمحاسبة والضريبة

طريقة الطلب

• في التطبيق: «حسابي» ← «حذف حسابي» ← «نعم، احذف حسابي نهائياً».
• أو في هذه الصفحة: اكتب رقم هاتفك، وأدخل الرمز الذي يصلك على واتساب، ثم أكّد الحذف.
• أو راسلنا على واتساب 94808017 أو info@smartek.shop من الرقم المسجّل، ونحذف الحساب خلال 30 يوماً.

بعد الحذف يصلنا طلبك، ونراجع أي بيانات أخرى لديك. لأي سؤال: واتساب 94808017 أو info@smartek.shop.

Delete account — Smartek

You can delete your Smartek account at any time, in the app («My account» → «Delete my account») or on this page.

Deleted at once

• Your sign-in with your phone number, on all your devices
• Your name, saved addresses and preferred payment method
• Your notification token and «Notify me» requests
• Your chats from inside the app, and any other data saved in the app

What we keep

• Your orders and invoices in our system (Odoo) and the shop's order records, because we must keep them for accounting and tax

How to request it

• In the app: «My account» → «Delete my account» → «Yes, delete my account».
• Or on this page: enter your phone number, type the code we send you on WhatsApp, then confirm.
• Or message us on WhatsApp 94808017 or info@smartek.shop from the registered number, and we delete the account within 30 days.
